Something to know about my approach: grace comes first. We slow down, listen closely, and focus on what matters most to you. I turn insight into small, doable steps you can use right away—calmer days, clearer boundaries, kinder self-talk. Expect plain-language guidance, gentle accountability, and regular check-ins so progress feels real and lasts.
